Mr Magoo was born to a first time mum but did not have an easy birth. During the birth process he became stuck, preventing his mum from delivering him unaided. Luckily the farmer found Mr Magoo and his mum and assisted the birthing process to its completion. Sadly, possibly because of the stress the first time mum had been put under, she would not accept her little lamb. Knowing that this little fellow would not survive if he didn’t drink, and being unable to care for Mr Magoo himself, the farmer contacted us about taking him into care. On arrival, Mr Magoo received the essential colostrum all lambs need in order to thrive and is now drinking well from a bottle.
Cuddles start in life was a much easier one until, sadly, at a week old her mum died. Cuddles was distraught on arrival into care but soon found solace in her new friend Mr Magoo who never left her side. They are now bonded BFFs and will be together forever!
Earlier this year they were joined by a new arrival – Blaze.
All 3 have bonded so well and love their humans.
