Posie arrived with friends Primrose and Aster. Just like them she also missed out on the vital colostrum lambs usually get from their mums and was slow to become strong and healthy. Now, however, there is no stopping her.
When Ravi arrived into our care he was a very sick little boy with severe scouring and a great deal of pain in his tummy. We swung into action to try and help him as quickly as possible. For the first 6 hours we had moments where we thought we might lose this precious boy but as the sun began to rise he lifted his head and began suckling on his carers chin looking for some food.
Both lambs are now doing well!
