Nancy and Nathan arrived into care after a concerned member of the public spotted them wandering down a quiet, dirt road alone and in terrible condition. With no farms or other sheep in the area, it is thought they may have fallen from a transport truck. Their dishevelled appearance makes us think they could have been fending for themselves for quite some time.
It was difficult to accurately estimate their age. On arrival they weighed what healthy lambs normally weigh at approximately 8- 10 weeks. Nancy and Nathan’s coats and certain aspects of their physical development, however, suggested they are much older.
Not used to being around humans they were very timid on arrival, with lots of vitamins and a little TLC, we are sure Nancy and Nathan will be feeling much better in no time!
