Sometimes we are contacted about older lambs who need to be surrendered. Drudo is one such lamb who, at 4 weeks old. lost his mum. We can’t imagine how devastating this must have been for him having bonded closely with her during the first weeks of his life. Drudo was clearly struggling with the loss and on arrival we were concerned for his mental health. It was such a relief when we saw him brighten up when introduced to some new friends; Sapphire, Kale, Jagger and Griffin. How wonderful to see them accept him and give him the comfort he needs in this difficult time. He happily accepted a bottle and snuggled alongside his friends and human carer.
