Delivery Policy

Physical goods

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Stripe containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via post within 7 working days of ordering; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us using the contact information in the footer of this website.

Digital Delivery

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Stripe containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your download access code via email within 24 hours. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us using the contact information in the footer of this website.

Refund & Returns Policy

Lamb Care Australia will offer a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You must contact Lamb Care Australia via email to commence resolution of any issues. Once a resolution is reached you will have 5 business days to return the item to the Lamb Care Australia Post Office Box.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn, used, damaged after delivery or altered in any way. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. 

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by yourself. 

You, the buyer, assume any risk of loss, theft or damage to goods during transit and therefore Lamb Care Australia advises you to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Lamb Care Australia will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
