Today Leroy and Kye came into our care. Leroy is approximately 2 weeks old and Kye is a newborn. Their relationship is an interesting one, although one also tinged with sadness. Leroy was orphaned but had found a surrogate mother who was Kye’s mum. Sadly, although Kye survived, she died giving birth to his twin.

After somehow losing her flock, Juniper was found on the side of the road, with no other sheep in sight. She is already about 2 to 3 weeks old. Juniper was very lucky to have been found alive. If she had not been rescued she quite likely would not have made it through the night
